Finger baseline help sheet -. For FREE!!!

I did a lot of compositions using Finger Baseline on my really old (and now dead) itouch. Unfortunatly it was one of the first itouches that's glued together so I can't replace broken parts. This was before iCloud - so I was a bit concerned about backing up my tracks at the time. I to make a hardcopy backup by writing down all the notes on paper. Lke most backup plans, I never got around to doing them that often. When it died, it died with all the tracks I had composed. So siht happens.

I've made a completely new sheet for aiding track construction and (you could use it for backuping with a hard copy). My composition sheet (and backup paper) for electric drum and rhythm machines is available here for free and is designed for printing on DIN A4 paper. It's designed for the Finger Baseline App especially for tracks containing 4 sequences of 16 notes. I just put a cross over each notes, accent, slide and octaves. Its helpful, as you can also see patterns forming on the paper that you probably wouldn't see if your using the edit keys within the app. It's also got a picture of the keyboard, notes and music staffs at the top to help you when your translating from music sheet.

I recommend BassLine – Analog Modeling Synthesizer for iOS it's a virtual analogue bass synthesizer with built-in step sequencer and on-board effects. Its unique low-pass filter allows to produce the well known high-resonance filter sweeps, that are typical for vintage synths like the legendary TB-303. Awesome!!!!!!!

Quiet Week - Illustrator decided to quit starting

Been having loads of problems over the last week with Illustrator. It kept crashing during start-up splash screen. INstall / uninstall, reinstall, new start, start with shift-alt-tab, new profile, new illustrator prefs. Nothings WOKRING!!! Arrraggghh. So laptop in the corner for the week, iphone and fingerbaseline out. Then problem solved with illustrator. Windows 7 -> Right click and start in winxp compatible mode. I had already configured this when I first installed everything, but somehow my laptop had decided to remove this setting..

I put all these on fb. That's all the core stuff.

I put this design up because I was doing some tunes on my iphone finger baseline app for the invasions part. This was supposed to cover everything after the the inital takeoff until the cosmic rays before Project Earth part. I was down to about 120 beat per minute and only tapping about 1 beat on a 4/4 scale. This was going pretty slow and I thought about a hibernaiton sequence or maybe just some slow motion space movements. I had this idea about a hibernation or a deep sleep hook up. It might be drifting a bit in another direction. I'll try a few other designs but the support connectors are not  supposed to make it look like a facehugger.
